Vouchers Terms&Conditions

Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expiry dates cannot be extended.
How to Redeem
Vouchers can be redeemed in person at Blossom Restaurant when paying the bill. Please present the digital or printed voucher with its unique code.
Online Purchases
Digital vouchers purchased through our website will be delivered via email to the chosen recipient immediately after payment is completed.
Use Across Multiple Visits
The value of a gift voucher may be redeemed over multiple visits. Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must not be resold or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless the original unique code can be verified and has not yet been redeemed.
Booking Policy
Holding a voucher does not guarantee a reservation. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.
Menu & Pricing Changes
Menus, dishes, and pricing may change without notice. Vouchers are redeemed at their monetary value, not for specific menu items unless explicitly stated.
Fraud Prevention
Each voucher contains a unique code. We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that appear to be duplicated, altered, or used fraudulently.
Restaurant Rights
Blossom Restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
